All I've really been doing lately is playing WoW, because I'm bored with every other game I have to be honest, but last night I got 80 (77-80) and I also managed to farm that 5000 gold I needed for my mount training, and I only stayed up until midnight, but I was actually done before then. Now I just need to farm an additional 1000 gold for my cold weather training. I also did a Black Temple raid yesterday, around 1-2pm. We killed the High Warlord Naj'entus with ease and a plethora of things dropped. One was the Rising Tide axe I really wanted because my current axe is really..REALLY bad. I didn't get it, but thats because a paladin who said he wanted to change to a healing pally took it, I don't know why, it doesn't help with spells at all. The axe has warrior written all over it basically.
So on WoW today I was just sitting around when a GM said to everyone, "message me if you want to have fun". At first I was a little hesitant, as it sounded like the beginning of a law and order episode, but I went. Much to my surprise it was PvP, Alliance vs. Horde, though the Horde was sadly defeated as the Alliance side had 2 Death Knights, a Paladin, a Warrior and a Priest, while the Horde side had 2 Warriors, a Paladin, a Shaman and a Mage. I killed off one of the Death Knights but then I was ganged up on. Though it wasn't all bad, the winning team recieved whatever item in the game they wanted, but the losing team got to pick whatever mount they wanted, I picked the Brutal Nether Drake, which requires 300 riding skill, which costs 5000 gold to train, but it moves 310% faster in the air, and 100% faster on ground.
WoW isn't the only thing I've played today, I have also played Halo, which I played online with my friends Kayleb and Joey. We didn't win much but we were fairly rusty as none of us had played since last weekend, and we kind of started on Team Snipers, which was a bad idea considering the fact we hadn't played for a bit, but oh well, we had our fun.
So what was the disappointing part of today? Well I was just getting to that so calm down. You see theres this guy in Final Fantasy XI named Overlord Bakgodek, he's the king of orcs and he spawns once ever 21-24 hours, and theres a chance that his underling, Orcish Overlord, will spawn. The disappointing thing is, he spawned today, but now you're thinking, "Hey Andrew, isn't that a good thing?" and I say, normally yes. This time? No. This is because when he spawned I was eating dinner, so I wasn't on to fight him so I will not profit from the axe that he drops, which is called Juggernaut, "insert quote here"
Teabagging is slang for the act of a man placing his testicles in the mouth or on or around the face (This including the top of the head) of another fellow player, often in a repeated up and down motion. The practice is designed in telling the other player that has just died, that you simply suck and that he/she will own you all night if they have to, if you get this, its telling you that you are terrible at the game and should stop playing right now. Teabagging is an art in halo, you have got to to it right or not do it all, some people have being experimenting this technique and are simply doing it all the wrong parts of the body like the leg or the arm. This is telling everyone that they are a 40 year old virgin that lives in their mom's basement.
I'm actually double posting because I meant to update last night when I got home and put up screen shots of things I can't access in school, and when I posted that last one I realized duh, I can edit it later...so anyways enough of my absent mindedness.Lately I've been playing WoW a lot, but I play on a free server called Gates of Apocalypse, I am currently a level 71 Warrior, protection spec. I don't have any fancy stuff because since its a free server, the population is quite low so you basically solo until you hit 80, where you can then do instances and raids with other people to get your good equipment, but hey, no complaints here.
I also play Final Fantasy XI, which is another MMORPG like WoW, and before you say anything like a lot of little kids do, FFXI came first. On FFXI I have 4 jobs at the max level, which is 75. Those jobs are Black Mage, White Mage, Samurai and Monk. I'm currently working on getting Ranger to 75, it is currently 68.
So there was something I left out of the introduction, which is the fact that I play Rock Band...a lot. Whats the significance in that you ask? Well its simple, last weekend my friends came over and we played Rock Band for the majority of the time.
We're an all expert band, for the most part, I play drums, Chris plays lead guitar, Dan plays bass and Kayleb does vocals, we do well but we don't do great on the harder songs. Last weekend we did a battle of the bands which consisted of 4 songs:
- Simple Man - Lynyrd Skynyrd
- Working Man - Rush
- Ramblin' Man - The Allman Brothers Band
- Spoonman - Soundgarden

Hi, I'm Andrew and I am a gamer. I don't claim to be terribly good at it, but I do pull it off. I play xbox 360, Final Fantasy XI and World of Warcraft. My gamertag is Tarupron, my character on FFXI is Gylfie on Shiva and on World of Warcraft I play on a free server called Gates of Apocalypse, and my name there is also Tarupron.
I've been playing games for several years, the longest one is FFXI, which I have been playing for about 5 years. I have 4 jobs at the max level, which is 75. Currently I am a Commander grade 3 in Halo, but that doesn't matter because I have a katana so it makes me better than everyone else.
